Acceptable Use Policy

You may use Yarova’s products for any lawful purpose, subject to the limits below.

You must not

• Resell Yarova products as-is — you can build and sell products using our kits, but you cannot repackage our kits as competing kits on marketplaces
• Remove copyright notices from source files
• Attempt to break Yarova’s technical protections or reverse engineer our services to reconstruct proprietary algorithms
• Use Yarova products to build services that violate applicable laws — including but not limited to spam, malware, illegal gambling, financial fraud, CSAM, or content that violates intellectual property rights
• Use Yarova products to automate actions that violate third-party terms of service (e.g., scraping platforms that prohibit it, automated posting that violates platform rules)
• Use Yarova products to build weapons or surveillance tools targeting individuals without their consent
• Run extreme load tests or denial-of-service probes against Yarova’s infrastructure
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
• Impersonate Yarova or falsely suggest that Yarova endorses your derivative work

You must

• Comply with the license of each kit (typically MIT for code with Yarova brand restrictions)
• Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized use
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others when building on our tools
• Respond to legal requests properly if you use Yarova products in a way that attracts them

If you’re building something borderline

If you’re not sure whether what you want to do is permitted, email hello@yarova.ca before proceeding. We’d rather answer a question than have a surprise dispute.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Suspension or termination of access to Yarova services
• Revocation of kit licenses (for egregious cases)
• Reporting to the appropriate authorities if criminal activity is suspected
• Legal action in cases of serious harm to Yarova or third parties

We apply judgment proportionally. Minor issues get a conversation. Serious issues get immediate action.
